These terms govern your use of https://www.myzodiacguide.com and anything you buy from it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. What we sell
Digital products: personalized Chinese zodiac readings, downloadable PDF reports, generated wallpapers, and access to any subscription we offer. Nothing is shipped physically. Delivery is by download link and to the email address on your order.
2. Your licence
When you buy a report or wallpaper pack we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private purposes — including printing it, or using a wallpaper on your own devices. You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, use it in advertising, or feed it into a commercial product. If you want to license something for commercial use, write to us.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used to abuse the service, scrape the site, or share purchased files.
4. Payment and price
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where we are required to collect them. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we never store full card details. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: 14 days, digital-goods logic, and the statutory right of withdrawal where it cannot be excluded.
6. What a reading is not
Chinese zodiac material on this site is cultural interpretation and commentary. It is not a prediction of future events, and it is not medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice. Do not make a decision about your health, money, safety or a legal matter on the basis of a reading. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional.
We make no guarantee that a reading will be accurate about any individual, because the tradition it draws on does not work that way.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site, or use it to train a model without written permission.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site or its calculators.
- Do not upload unlawful content or use the comment system for spam.
- Do not misrepresent our material as your own, or as professional advice.
8. Our content
The text, calculators, tables, artwork and reports on this site are ours or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The underlying tradition is public heritage; our expression of it is not. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site up and the downloads working, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue something you have paid for, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to download it, or refund the unused portion.
10. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from a decision you took on the basis of a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced on the site. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
